Ron Albanese is “Elvis the Elf” and he will be performing throughout Main Street.
"My boss, Santa Claus, let's me (his favorite helper) come to Historic Chester and have fun! I meet and greet everyone, answer questions about the North Pole (improv comedy alert), and sing songs with my guitar."
