Join us for Scotty’s “Stretch the Mozz.” Your class includes:
Instruction and education on mozzarella production.
All materials needed to make and take home a 1 lb ball of fresh mozzarella.
Enjoy prepared plates of mozzarella caprese, mozzarella with hot honey and basil, prosciutto mozzarella pinwheels, and warm boccocini.
Two seatings available: 5pm and 6:30pm.
$45 /person plus tax
